Well, it is quote apparent that the 49ers are overrated. This team lacks leadership of all things. Alex Smith is still a rookie, and is getting a feel of how to play in the NFL.

I don't blame the young guy.Just look at him, poor guy is lacking confidence. He has been working under different offensive coaches each year, that doesn't make a team, it breaks it. Life would be much simpler if San francisco stops expecting so much from it's team and just have a little bit of patience.

Lets talk about GORE...He's the offensive powerhouse of this team, I hope he has some leadership to lead this great team of yesteryears to it's long lost glory.

So far, First half has been a dismayal effort on the part of 49ers, but they need to hang there and play tough. THere are plenty of old timers on the team who can keep their head over their shoulders even under extreme adversity. Alex Smith should start right there, with the older players of the team.
